Terms of Service and End User License Agreement for Veloxi Labs

1. Acceptance: By using Veloxi Labs products, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS) and End User License Agreement (EULA). Non-agreement prohibits app use.

2. Changes: We reserve the right to update these terms and recommend periodic review.

3. Accounts: You are responsible for your account's security and all related activities.

4. License Grant: Veloxi Labs is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property: Veloxi Labs LLC retains ownership of the app and its content. Your use of the app grants no rights other than those explicitly stated in this agreement.

6. User Content: You retain ownership of your content but grant Veloxi Labs LLC a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute it within the app.

7. Privacy: Usage of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.
